Subscription Policy

• To ensure the continued availability and quality of our services, we have implemented the following subscription policy:

Payment Terms:

• All subscriptions must be kept up to date.
• In the event of a breach of agreement, the client will be responsible for the balance of the agreement.

Past-Due Policy:

• 7 Days Past Due: If a subscription becomes past due by 7 days, all active service provisions will be deactivated.

• 10 Days Past Due: If a subscription is past due by 10 days, the subscription will be canceled. The application will be removed from the marketplace and all Digi Logic-Platforms.

• 15 Days Past Due: If a subscription remains unpaid for 15 days, the account will undergo complete deactivation. This includes the permanent loss of all data associated with the account. The client will not be able to recover any website, application, or related data after this point.

• Access Restrictions: Without an active subscription, clients will not have access to the control panel or any related website or application data.

Reactivation Fees:

• Applications: A one-time reactivation fee of $375, in addition to the current subscription amount, is required to restore account access.
• Websites: A one-time reactivation fee of $250, plus the subscription amount, is necessary for reactivation.
